Payment is made through PayPal only. I will send you an invoice within 2 days before starting to work, only in exclusive cases full payment will be made after the sketch is finished and approved. That said, money will always be requested before starting and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED. In case of forcing one, you will be totally banned from receiving my commissions and blocked by me from all possible sites.

In case you, as a customer, are from my own country, the other payment details will be discussed privately and the prices adjusted for better comfort in this economy.

Listed prices are the base price, consider that it may increase due to additional details or depending on the complexity of the order.

I have the full right to refuse the order if I consider that my skill level is not up to what is required (I can always try in the sketching process to check it) or if what the client asks for is not within the list of things I am allowed to do.

In cases where the work is cancelled after starting it, the client will not have the right to use it in any way, only I retain the rights to all my works whether they have been finished or not. The same concept or pose will be reused for possible future drawings but it is definitive the discarding of the use of someone else's character or original content related to the cancelled work.

Please provide visual references, the more the better for me, lacking references as such will cause the order to be rejected or only taken if the extra is paid, providing full references helps me to ensure that I can better satisfy your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

Among the possible ‘'references’' and how to place your order, providing even a quick sketch of what you want helps a lot! Images for poses will be accepted as well and it will be very helpful if you don't miss a single detail of what you want.

At the beginning, I will send images of the sketch process, if possible there will be several options of what has come out of my creativity and little by little during the process there is the possibility that I will give you several options to choose from regardless of the minimum change that you have, all in order to avoid displeasure or understand you as a customer.

some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason, you will be able to make a maximum of 10/15 changes long before finalizing the lineart and for each process, be it base color, details etc, once finalized. Once the work is finished, I will ask for your approval so I can upload it to all my social networks with a watermark. (Again, Everything to respect privacy)

The client has every right to ask for their username to be hidden or not revealed once the work is published, any kind of privacy is respected.

I ask and require a lot of patience for your order to be completed, I usually work at night (My country's time zone) and the delay becomes much longer, it could be months even due to personal or external issues ETC (will be notified of this) making the wait something indefinite and it will always depend on the complexity.

Likewise, drawings with a deadline will have an extra cost (No more than 5-10$) and will be priority. PLEASE, at least let it be a few weeks or the deadline looks far enough away to let me continue with the process without any pressure.

You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please credit me! @ZrsPayt0n

Please be kind and above all patient, likewise professionalism is not my thing but I will do my best to be as kind and warm as I am allowed to be. Any aggressive, rude or inappropriate behavior towards me during the process will result in your attention being called and if the behavior is not managed or changed, I will cancel the order immediately.

Once the final work is approved by the client, I will proceed to send the .png files to the preferred email address. No physical product will be delivered.

Only I can modify the final product, after finished I will not admit any type of major or direct edition to the drawing, filters, stickers and extras are not considered a change, the client all the freedom to do so, but not to draw over this for external corrections, that's why I try to have as much communication as possible so that it comes out as the client wants it. (you can also ask me to make small changes to the piece in the future, I will gladly accept it as long as they are not major changes! )

Por favor, proporcione referencias visuales, cuantas más mejor para mí, ya que la falta de referencias provocará que el pedido sea rechazado o solo se acepte si se paga un extra. Proporcionar referencias completas me ayuda a garantizar que puedo satisfacer mejor su solicitud y evitar errores innecesarios en el proceso.

El cliente tiene todo el derecho a solicitar que su nombre de usuario se oculte o no se revele una vez publicado el trabajo, respetándose cualquier tipo de privacidad.

Pido y requiero mucha paciencia para completar su pedido, ya que suelo trabajar por la noche (hora de mi país) y el retraso se alarga mucho más, pudiendo llegar a ser de meses debido a cuestiones personales o externas, etc. (se le notificará al respecto), lo que hace que la espera sea indefinida y siempre dependerá de la complejidad del trabajo.

Del mismo modo, los dibujos con fecha límite tendrán un costo adicional (no más de 5-10 $) y serán prioritarios. POR FAVOR, que al menos sean unas semanas o que la fecha límite parezca lo suficientemente lejana como para permitirme continuar con el proceso sin ninguna presión.

Solo yo puedo modificar el producto final, una vez terminado no aceptaré ningún tipo de edición importante o directa del dibujo, los filtros, las pegatinas y los extras no se consideran un cambio, el cliente tiene toda la libertad para hacerlo, pero no para dibujar sobre él para realizar correcciones externas, por eso intento comunicarme lo máximo posible para que el resultado sea el que el cliente desea. (También puede pedirme que realice pequeños cambios en la obra en el futuro, ¡los aceptaré con mucho gusto siempre que no sean cambios importantes! )

Soy el dueño de todos los derechos sobre la obra, NO PERMITO que mi arte se utilice en programas para alimentar Inteligencia Artifical NUNCA, incluyendo el uso del producto en cualquier tecnología relacionada con la IA, el envío de conjuntos de datos, etc. NI SIQUIERA PARA CRYPTO.
